"The folks at the Conway Dealership are some of the friendlyist going. Back in August of 05 I had purchased a new 06 Road King Custom form that dealership in southern maine, that was mistake #1. The next day I went out for my first ride and the was an unusual howling sound coming from the front breaks. I had planned going back to that dealership to spend a large sum of money customizing it out. I got there and went into the service department and waited in line to talk to a sevice writer. I told him that the "owner" had delivered my bike the night before and I hadn't had a chance to test it out the day I bought it, I explained the noise that I was getting form the front breaks and asked if it was a problem of if it was part of the break in. He said that he didn't know. I asked him if one of the Techs. could check it out and let me know if it was safe to ride. I was told that I had to make an appointment and leave the bike. Mind you that I just spent some serious cash the day before. I explained that I had no way to get home and if there was any way that I could wait and how long would I have to it checked out, His reply to me was was the same as before with a nasty tone. Mistake #2 taking it there for service. While I was standing there at their service counter I called Conway Harley, asked for the service department and was promptly answered. I explained my problem with the breaks, I was told that it was safe and that it was a 10 minute fix. He asked me where I was, I told him and he said to bring it right up and they would take care of it. Now thats service!! While I was there I met with Mike and explained what I wanted in the way of customizing my bike. That day I think I spent over $4000 and over the past 2 years maybe another $4000 in more chrome and colthing. My family is all known there and we feel like true friends everytime we pull in. I will never repeat mistake #1 or #2. Keep up the great job Mandy, Leigh, Ned, Mike, KT, and all the rest of you!!!"

"I sent an email through your website late Sunday night checking the availability of some parts to take advantage of your progressive special before I drove 99 miles to your dealership. Edith called me Monday morning at 9:00am to confirm my inquiry. She said 2 of the 3 parts were in stock and she'd have to call the factory to order the 3rd. "well i didnt buy a motorcycle from you (yet)but i was with a friend who bought a buell from your conway dealership i do ride a hd so i had to buy some ts and some parts while i was there i must say that the people at conway are the best very friendly and treated me with respect when i decide to buy my next hd it will be in conway we traveled 2and half hours to get to your place when we got there the sing said closed but they still let us in iam from a small town from maine and our local shops here would never do that had a very good conversation with mike at parts and every one in the store i felt more comfurtable there than any other shop i have been to those people are great keep up the good work conway i look forward to going back this summer when my friend to get his buell serviced a freind from maine eric r carnegie"

"i bougut my first new sporster from herb in 1983. then in 1986 ihad a run in with a cage was not able to ride , the shop sent me a get well card.it took a while but i got better in 1995 i walked in and saw good ole herb and asked him if he rememberd me and he did , and eaven told me where i use to live and he hooked me up with my 1996 flstc. then in 2002 my 1st grandson was born ,well i said its time to go see herb again and have him hook me up with my grampa bike a 2002 ultra classic. i have all my bikes worked on by them ,when i walk in to the service they how may we hlep you today mr hemenway . they make you feel at home but they have moved 3 times and they still always make me feel at home when i am there. good job herb &co "

"Hello I no longer deal with any ct stores for parts i have a friend that lives in tilton nh and i have been coming to your dealer ship for 2 years now and my last trip up i mailed a order for parts and keith was grate to work with and when i came up last week he was off i dealt with dave some of the parts were not there do to the holiday any way harley sent the wrong parts over and dave took care of getting me the right parts and getting them too me. when a sales person and a company did what you guys did for me that is a sign to me of a great dealer ship and customer service that i will travel the 250 miles to see my friend and spend my money at your dealer ship and next year im going tooo buy 2 snow mobiles and a trailer for them and i will purchase them from meredith hd. "Although my husband and I have 7 other HD dealerships near our primary home, we will continue to travel a couple of hours out of our way to go back to Meredith HD any time we need service or parts, or just a friendly "hello" and a fun place to go (and spend $$).
Three years ago, my husband and i renewed our love of riding (that had taken a back seat to raising sons and growing our family owned business). On an impulse we purchased an 03 Ultra Classic and soon after, another 03 Low rider for me. We have added parts, joined the HOG chapter, and everytime we walk into the dealership it's like "coming home". Recently, I went looking for an 03 Road King Classic in the same color scheme as our other two bikes. I found it in Manchester, NH and the owner already had it in storage. When i asked for a quote for some upgrades (lowering, new handebars and heated handle grips)to be done while it was stored, no one even bothered to give me a price. I called Meredith HD, heard Marcia's voice answering the phone and knew i was doing business with someone who cared! Service returned my call the next day, and i've pulled the bike out of storage in Manchester and am bringing it up to Meredith this weekend!
My husband and i have owned our printing business for over 20 years and we know what brings customers back year after year. Meredith HD has that recipe too!
Thanks to everyone at Meredith HD! I can't think of anywhere else where we feel good walking through the doors knowing we are going to spend more money!

"I have bought 2 Harleys from this dealership in the last 6 yrs. This dealership has treated like part of the family. I still have both, a 99 softail standard and a 2004 ultra classic.
